The sealed orders dated 29 May 2025 have been amended pursuant to rule 39.05(e) of the Federal Court Rules 2011 (Cth). The amended orders can be accessed here.
Due to a clerical error, the annexure of the original orders dated 29 May 2025 (which were attached to the Report to Shareholders dated 30 May 2025) did not align with the amended originating application.
This error has now been amended.
