Mr Bradley Vincent Hellen and Mr Nigel Robert Markey, were appointed Liquidators of the Company on 2 May 2023 by the Supreme Court of Queensland.

Update regarding progress toward distribution of sale process and liquidation of the company.

The matter will be heard in the Supreme Court of Queensland in Brisbane on 2 May 2023, with Mr Hellen and Mr Markey to be appointed as liquidators.

We advise shareholders there is a slight delay with levy refund, and that the FRCGW has been paid to the ATO for some lots.

An update was sent to owners on Tuesday the 21st of February with details covering pro-rata refund of levies and the progress being made toward distribution of sale proceeds.
